Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

Auto AI Base is an independent automation project. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when a user connects Google or YouTube services to an automation workflow.

1. Information accessed

Depending on permissions selected by the user, Auto AI Base may request access to basic YouTube account and channel information, video upload and management permissions, and other YouTube permissions explicitly approved during Google's OAuth authorization process.

2. How information is used

Authorized information is used only to operate user-requested automation functions, such as preparing, uploading, or managing content on a YouTube channel controlled by the user.

3. Storage and security

OAuth credentials and access tokens may be stored by the connected automation platform used by the account owner in order to keep authorized workflows running. Reasonable steps are taken to avoid exposing authentication credentials publicly.

4. Sharing and sale of data

Auto AI Base does not sell personal information. Information obtained through Google APIs is not shared with third parties for advertising or data-broker purposes.

5. Google API data

Use of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing or improving the user-facing functionality requested by the account owner and is handled in accordance with applicable Google API Services policies.

6. User control and revocation

Users control the permissions they grant. Access can be revoked at any time from the user's Google Account security and third-party access settings. Revoking access may stop connected automation workflows from functioning.

7. Data retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the authorized automation workflow, technical operation, security, or applicable legal requirements.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the service, connected APIs, or workflow functionality changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.

9. Contact

Privacy inquiries may be sent to the developer using the support contact associated with the application's Google OAuth consent configuration.
